Below are some of my favorites country music singers.

Johnny Cash - One Piece At A Time

This is a fun piece about a man who works at a car factory. Over the years he takes out car parts one piece at a time so that no one will notice and after many years he has a full car!

Johnny Horton - Battle of New Orleans

The video below is of Johnny Horton singing about the Battle of New Orleans. Outside the death of the men fighting in this war, this is such a funny song!

Lynn Anderson - I've Been Everywhere

I've Been Everywhere is a piece that was written by an Australian. So the original version lists off names of Australian places, but Hank Snow rewrote the song talking about American places.

Leroy Van Dyke - The Auctioneer

The Auctioneer is a song written by Leroy Van Dyke himeself about his second cousin who became a famous auctioneer. An interesting thing is that this song was written in the 50's and this cousin was such a famous actioneer that he had to buy his own plane to take him around to the different auctions.

Charlie Daniels - The Devil Went Down to Georgia

This pieces is about a boy who makes a bet against that devil that he is a better fiddler. It is amazing to see Charlie Daniels play this piece. He sure can play the fiddle! The video below is of him performing the night that he was inducted into the Grand Ole Opry.
